Editorial policy
Bold Racing Journal aims to make motorsport clearer without overstating what can be known. We explain concepts in context, use careful language and make it possible for readers to flag an error.
Accuracy and clarity
We check factual claims against suitable published information and take care with technical terms, series-specific details and historical context. Where a point is uncertain, disputed or dependent on a particular rule set, we say so rather than implying that one explanation covers every form of racing. Our articles are for general understanding, not instructions for driving or vehicle work.
Independence
Editorial choices are made for reader interest and clarity. A commercial relationship does not buy a favourable editorial judgement, and partner material is kept distinct from independent editorial coverage. We do not claim access, testing or expertise that has not been established.
Corrections
If something appears inaccurate or unclear, readers can send the article title and the point in question through the Contact page. We review correction requests and amend material when warranted, with a clear note where a change materially affects the meaning.
Partner material and illustrations
Paid, commissioned or otherwise partner-supported material is identified plainly where it appears. Partner links and placements are labelled so readers can distinguish them from editorial recommendations. Some illustrations may be AI-generated; where relevant, they are presented as illustrative rather than documentary images.
